Losing weight and toning up is definitely more of a challenge now at sixty than it was at twenty, especially if you're like me and want no part of a regimented exercise program. 


Enter Bill Quinn. Bill's calm and humorous approach was just what I needed. Bill came up with an economically viable and user friendly option I could do at home. I tried gyms and found them intimidating and overwhelming.  Being able to do exercise at my own pace and at a time that works for me is great!  


 Bill is always available for questions and often has suggestions that help me get more out of my routine. With bills guidance and support I now have an exercise program that I can stick to for the long haul.

Approximately 15 months ago I was diagnosed with severe orthopedic arthritis in my right hip. My doctor prescribed physical therapy approximately 8 sessions which ended with therapist giving me the name of an orthopedic doctor. Since I was not keen on hip replacement surgery I opted for a cortisone shot and stimulation therapy, both did not work.


 The pain and discomfort continued however I got lucky and ran into Bill Quinn who trained me many years ago. Bill immediately noted how poorly I was walking and said he could help me . Bill has worked with me for about 2 months and I am walking much better and without pain or discomfort. I have had other trainers but Bill is very special as he studied and understands the human body.
