Boston senior fitness is a Boston based in home personal training company, specializing in personal training for older individuals, baby boomers and seniors of any age.
My name is Bill Quinn. I am a certified personal trainer (AFAA-FRA) with degrees in sports-medicine/exercise science (BS) and physical therapy (AS).
